PRESS RELEASE

Egnatia Launches Egnatium Experiences™ Website

Website provides platform for consumers to voice their experiences and opinions

Kuala Lumpur, July 13, 2012 – Egnatius Group announces today the official launch of www.yourexperiences.net. The website is devoted to online consumer experience. Egnatius Group aims to reinvent the methods of consumer feedback through this website. Subsequently, they are also looking to empower consumers with the ability to have a say in a brand’s future behaviour.

The Egnatium Experiences™ website provides a scientific platform for which the three major players of the economy – consumers, brands and industry – can come together to contribute towards brand performance and make informed decisions for future development. It is aimed at a wide audience of both consumers and brand owners that range from various industries. This will make it possible to benchmark consumer loyalty in a competitive environment.

Head of Customer Experience, Nor Ehsaniah Mamad said, “Our longstanding experience in market research provides a good backbone for us to identify the factors that contribute to consumer experience. We are more acutely in tune on how many companies are looking to utilize their customers’ experiences as a means to justify marketing costs, new product development and product lifecycle. It has become evident that as growing businesses aim to become more successful, the need to listen to the voice of the customer grows in tangent.

She also went on to highlight that Egnatius plans to expand the Egnatium Experiences™ website on a national level in order to reach a more global marketplace.
